Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of
Erica has many years of experience in the field of counseling with a background in medical rehabilitation, relationship counseling, pain management, and domestic violence assistance. With 12+ years experience of personal training, she has learned that the mind, body, and spirit must all be addressed in order to overcome certain difficulties. Erica uses an array of counseling and personal training techniques (cognitive-behavioral, family systems, Biblical counseling, hypnosis, etc) in working with clients. As a Licensed Biblical Counselor, Erica is committed to offering people from all backgrounds hope, respect, and compassion.
She genuinely and empathetically enjoys walking alongside people and encouraging them as they take steps toward their goals. She enjoys working with individuals and groups for issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and weight loss/fitness. Additionally, Erica offers personal training services for clients whose goal is improved fitness, toning, healthy aging, or weight loss. At times, she will combine counseling and personal training services for what Forte calls Therapeutic Fitness. Erica also enjoys leading groups and teaching seminars on topics of health, well-being, and interpersonal dynamics.
Willie B. Williams, Jr., M.A., L.P.C.
Willie B. Williams Jr., M.A. is a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX License#: 65694) and Certified Educator who provides individual, pre-marital, marital, and group counseling. He enjoys offering seminars and workshops to individuals, organizations and non-profit organizations. Willie has many years of counseling experience, leadership, and education. He loves helping people work toward healthy change and offers caring, professional assistance. He consults with and counsels individuals and organizations to facilitate positive growth and change.
Willie recently wrote a book entitled, "Mama, Is That a Man?" in which he describes the struggle that many young men deal with in developing their identity as men in a culture full of confusing messages. Willie loves working with young men as they grow to figure out their purposes, values, and goals. Additionally, Willie enjoys offering counsel and training to married couples who are struggling in their relationships. Willie has experience in pastoral counseling and offers a Biblical perspective for those who want it.
Sandra Lynam, M.A., L.M.F.T.
Sandi holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. She is licensed in the state of Texas (TX#5058) and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy, family systems, CBT, and Biblically-informed counseling. She enjoys accepting patients where they are and caringly assisting them in moving toward their goals to live healthier, happier, and productive lives. She brings a unique blend of humor, compassion, and realism to help couples, families, and individuals see their lives in a new way and make positive changes.
Sandi has over 14 years of experience offering individual, group, and couples counseling to adults and teenagers. She enjoys helping people find hope and healing with respect, compassion, and a variety of tools to facilitate growth.
Nicole Matthews, M.A., L.P.C.
Nicole has a Master's of Arts degree from John Brown University in Marriage and Family Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas (#72135). She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Psychology. Nicole has worked with adolescents and adults in overcoming personal obstacles and enjoys providing a safe and caring environment for growth.
Nicole is happy to offer counseling services for adolescents, adults, and couples. She enjoys using cognitive behavioral techniques for those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and identity issues. Nicole believes strongly in the power of group therapy and has facilitated several types of therapy groups in the past including handling peer pressure, bullying, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, boundary issues, emotional expression, and future planning. Nicole attends Life Church in Keller with her husband and is also an avid reader.

Shawne’ graduated from The University of North Texas in 2009 with a degree in Psychology, and Dallas Baptist University with a Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2012. Shawne’ is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in the state of Texas (TX #70239) and is supervised by Heather Hibbard, LPC-S.
Shawne’ is dedicated to walking alongside her clients, leading them to positive changes, growth, and healing. Shawne’s specializes in trauma work, play therapy, family dynamics, and group dynamics. She is trained to work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with difficult life circumstances including anxiety, depression, traumatic life events, ADD, relationship issues, eating disorders, body image issues, and self esteem issues. She seeks to provide realistic and effective solutions for hope and healing, that take into account the uniqueness of each client.
Kori Turner, M.S., L.P.C.Intern (Supervisor: Jacquelyn Carmichael, L.P.C.-S)
Kori graduated from the University of North Texas in 2016 with a Master in Science degree in Counseling. In 2010 she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, also from the University of North Texas. Kori is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in the state of Texas (TX# 76871) and is supervised by Jacquelyn Carmichael, LPC-S. Kori has experience working primarily with adults but has also worked with children and adolescents.
Kori believes strongly in creating a safe and respectful space for clients to grow and heal. Kori is passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing mood disruptions commonly associated with Depression and Bipolar. Kori aims to work collaboratively with individuals to bring awareness to the relationship between an individual’s beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and resulting behaviors using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in counseling. Kori also has clinic training and experiencing using Dream Work in counseling. Dream Work focuses on exploring the meaning and application of recalled dreams and can be incorporated at your request.

Tonia graduated in 2015 with Master’s in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern (#75414) under the supervision of Lori Martin, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She has gained experience in the areas of anxiety, boundary issues, chronic pain, depression, forgiveness, goal-setting, guilt and shame, neurocognitive disorders, parenting, personal growth, relationship issues, stress management, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
Tonia believes spirituality plays an ever-present role in our journeys and enjoys helping people find what that means to them. Her passion is to provide counseling through an existential approach by finding meaning in life from suffering and increasing awareness and potential for choice. Life is difficult, but Tonia believes as Nietzsche that “He who has a why to live can bear with almost any how.” She enjoys helping people struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Tonia’s heart is to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate safe place to guide clients in finding their why by integrating spiritual, emotional, physical and social aspects of their beings to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
